Is Xenia a good place to live?

Xenia gives you more for your money than most places: homes are within reach, about $254K for a typical one, or 3.5 years of the Dayton metro’s $72K median household income. It grades C overall, 831st among Ohio's 987 graded towns. The low prices come with trade-offs. CDC estimates put its residents' health behind 77% of the country.
