Is Scotland a good place to live?

The best of Scotland’s subject grades is an A− for incomes; the weakest is a C− for walkability. On cost of living, just 9 of Connecticut’s 175 towns do better. 33% of the land in Scotland is conserved, above both Connecticut’s towns (14%) and U.S. towns (4.3%). Only 17 of Connecticut’s 175 towns score lower on the outdoors. Its National Register listings include Samuel Huntington Birthplace and Edward Waldo House. Scotland has fewer than 2,500 residents, so it gets subject grades but no overall grade.
