Missing Local Favorites

I was just driving through town and noticed the old spaces where some of our favorite local businesses used to be, and it made me think about how much the landscape of our community has changed over the years, especially with the transformation of the swamplands into productive farmland and the growth of our corn and livestock region. What closed local business do you miss the most and what kind of new business would you like to see take its place?
