A town of contrasts. Bradfordville’s overall grade of B puts it better than 55% of U.S. towns, 123rd of 634 in Florida. Health is its strong suit: CDC estimates put its residents' health ahead of 96% of the country. Incomes are a strength too: the median household earns $133K. What counts against it is cost of living: the typical home is worth about $383K, 5.9 years of the Tallahassee metro’s $65K median household income. It also trails on walkability (C−). Most errands need a car: it is less walkable than 78% of U.S. towns. Hazard risk is weaker too — FEMA rates its natural-hazard risk higher than 79% of U.S. communities, with inland flooding at the top.
