A town in Arizona, home to 4,001 people.

Is Avenue B and C a good place to live?

Where it falls short is health: residents are less healthy than 98% of U.S. towns on CDC estimates. Avenue B and C’s overall grade is C, better than just over a quarter of U.S. towns.
