Living in Echo, UT: what to set up and who to call

Echo has no town government of its own, so Summit County runs its elections and most services, and its children attend North Summit School District. Echo Mutual Water System reported one health-based violation to EPA in the last five years: a bacteria testing requirement (Revised Total Coliform Rule), beginning Jun 2023.

Echo has no town government. It’s a census-designated place in Summit County, so the county and regional agencies provide most services. This page answers what we can; the same answers appear on Echo’s town page under “Getting set up”.
