Day-to-day services, in dollars, in the years Piedmont reported to the Census Bureau. Prices rose too: about 4% a year in 2022–2024.
Day-to-day spending by fiscal year
Per resident: 2022: $427 · 2024: $379. Per resident it went from $427 to $379 (down 11%), partly because the Census population behind it changed from 895 to 1,036.
Building projects, interest and enterprises (hospital, utilities) are left out, so a big construction year doesn’t read as growth.
