Missing Local Favorites

I was driving through town the other day and noticed the old storefronts, which made me think about the businesses that used to be here. Since Sutton has such a strong sense of community, I'm curious to know, what closed local business do you miss the most and what kind of store or restaurant do you wish would take its place?
