Supporting Local Hay Businesses

I love that so many of us own our homes here in Hay, it really gives our community a strong sense of stability and pride. With the beautiful weather we're having, like today's mostly sunny 64 degrees, I've been thinking about picking up a small gift for a neighbor who's been helpful lately. Does anyone know of a good local shop or bakery where I could find a nice treat to show my appreciation?
