Boaz Home Prices

I was thinking about how our town's home prices compare to the rest of Alabama and it's interesting to note that the median home value here is about 5% below the state's average. This makes me wonder, for those of us who have lived in Boaz for a while, do you feel like homes are still within reach for longtime residents or are they starting to feel a bit pricey?
