Local Business Memories

I was just thinking about the businesses that used to be around Strawberry Plains and I realized I miss some of the old favorites that have closed down over the years. With our median household income being a bit higher than the state average, I think there's definitely room for some new businesses to come in and thrive - what closed local business do you miss the most and what kind of store or restaurant would you love to see take its place?
