West End is an unincorporated suburban community (and census-designated place) in Otsego County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, West End had a population of 1,864. West End is in the town of Oneonta, directly northwest of the city of Oneonta.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 1,940 to 1,864 (-4%).
