Because it does well by almost any measure. Floral Park earns an A+, ranked 29th of 745 in New York. Floral Park’s median rent is $2,243 a month, where New York’s towns sit at $1,098 a month and U.S. towns at $1,185 a month. Floral Park is among the most walkable places in the country.
