Why does Holly Hills grade so well?

Few weak spots anywhere. Holly Hills’s overall grade of A+ puts it better than almost every U.S. town, 1st of 158 in Colorado. It does especially well on health — residents are healthier than 97% of U.S. towns on CDC estimates. A typical home there costs about $702K, 6.6 years of the Denver metro’s $106K median household income. Add incomes to its strengths: the median household earns $122K. South Dahlia Lane is on the National Register of Historic Places. Just over two thirds of adults 25 and older hold a bachelor’s degree or more in the town, above both Colorado’s towns (44%) and U.S. towns (29%). Only 14 of Colorado’s 217 towns score higher on walkability.
