Burnsville's Changing Landscape

I was thinking about the new Mo' Bettahs restaurant that just opened up on County Road, and it got me wondering what used to be at that spot before the Burnsville Plaza and the restaurant were built. What are some other places in town that have undergone big changes over the years - what used to be there before the current businesses or buildings?
