Enjoying Local Outdoors

With our town's relatively low elevation of about 630 ft, I've always found it easy to get out and enjoy the scenery around Prophetstown. As the seasons change, what do you think is the best time of year to be outdoors in our area and where is the one spot you always head to when that season arrives?
