Favorite Local Spot

I was thinking about our beautiful town and how lucky we are to have such a strong sense of community, with homes that are highly valued by their owners, and I started wondering what everyone's favorite spot in University Park is. Given that many of us have invested so much in our homes here, I'm guessing many of us have a special place that makes coming home even sweeter. What's your single favorite spot in town and why is it so special to you?
