Bentonville History

I was just thinking about the original store of Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, which is still located in our city, and it made me wonder what the oldest building or landmark still standing in Bentonville is. Does anyone know the story behind this historic store or any other old building in our town, and what makes it so significant to our community's history?
