Merrydale on a Sunny Day

With the weather forecast looking bright and sunny for the rest of the week, I was thinking about what makes Merrydale a great place to live. Given our lower median home values compared to the rest of Louisiana, I've often wondered what one thing our neighbors would recommend to an out-of-town visitor to see or do while they're here.
