Milton Home Prices

I was looking at some numbers on home prices in our area and noticed that the median home value here in Milton is about 22% above the Louisiana average. This got me wondering, for those of us who have lived here for a while, do you feel like homes in Milton are still within reach for longtime residents or are they starting to feel priced out?
