Favorite Spot in Newport

I was just thinking about how lucky we are to have such a beautiful town with a great commute time, averaging 26 minutes to work which is actually below the state average. This makes it easy to get out and enjoy all that Newport has to offer. What's your single favorite spot in town and why is it the one you always come back to?
