New to Farmington

I just moved to Farmington and I'm excited to get to know the community, I've heard it's a beautiful place nestled in the Ozark Mountains. As I'm settling in, I'm wondering what are some of the first things I should do or try to get a feel for the local culture, especially since I've noticed the town is close to Fayetteville and has a lot to offer. What would you recommend I check out first?
