I was looking at some numbers on our town and noticed that the median home value here is about 33% below the state average, which got me thinking about how that affects us locally. With the median home value being $495,600, I wonder if longtime residents feel like they can still afford to live here or if it's getting out of reach, what are your thoughts on this?
