Remembering Old Favorites

I was just thinking about the Neuse River that runs alongside our town and how it's such a beautiful part of our community. It made me wonder, is there a local place or tradition that you miss and have fond memories of, maybe something that involved the river or a favorite spot in Seven Springs?
