Life in Liebenthal

I was just thinking about how many of us own our homes here in Liebenthal, and it's impressive that nearly 8 out of 10 households do, which is actually higher than the state and national averages. This makes me wonder, what is it about our little town that makes people want to put down roots and stay for the long haul?
