Living in Montevallo

I love that our town is home to the University of Montevallo, which brings a unique energy to our community with its approximately 3,000 students. The fact that we have a public liberal arts university right here in town is a pretty special thing - what do you think is the most underrated aspect of living in a college town like Montevallo?
