Missing Local Favorites

I was just driving through town and noticed the old vacant storefronts, it made me think about which closed local business people miss the most, especially considering our small town has a relatively short average commute to work of 19 minutes, which is pretty convenient for visiting local shops. What local business do you wish would reopen or take the place of a closed one?
