Missing Local Favorites

I was just thinking about how our community in Nice has changed over the years and I realized that I miss some of the local businesses that used to be around. Since our town has a relatively small area of 1.7 square miles, it's easy to notice when a business closes its doors. What closed local business do you miss the most and what kind of new business would you like to see take its place?
