Missing Local Favorites

I was driving through town the other day and noticed that some of the old storefronts are still empty, it made me think about which closed local business people miss the most, especially considering our town's small and close-knit community of about 4,106 residents. What local business do you wish would come back or take the place of one that's no longer with us?
