New to Washington Township

I just moved to Washington Township and I'm excited to explore my new community. With over 1,000 acres of park space, I'm looking forward to visiting some of the many parks in the area, such as Old Lane Park. What are the top three things I should do or try first to get a feel for the local culture and scenery?
