Living in Zion, OK: what to set up and who to call

Zion has no town government of its own, so Adair County runs its elections and most services, and its children attend Zion Public School. The Stilwell water system reported one health-based violation to EPA in the last five years: a lead and copper treatment requirement (Lead and Copper Rule Revisions), beginning Oct 2024.

Zion has no town government. It’s a census-designated place in Adair County, so the county and regional agencies provide most services. This page answers what we can; the same answers appear on Zion’s town page under “Getting set up”.
