Neighbors are members whose home town is Black Hat or who have posted here. Karma counts contributions across TownRatings: a post +5, a reply +2, a confirmed guide fact +10, an old photo +10, a confirmed place +10. “This month” counts only what was added in Black Hat in the last 30 days. Town Love is a rolling 30-day score of posts, replies and helpful votes, weighted toward many voices.
