Church Avenue-Lovers Lane Historic Ditrict was added to the National Register of Historic Places on Feb 21, 1985. It is significant for its town planning and architecture at the state level. Its architecture is described as Queen Anne and Free Classic and Hipped Cottage and Gothic Revival and Territorial and New Mexico Vernacular and Bungalow and Shingle Style and Georgian Revival and Prairie. The district takes in 38 historic buildings. It was listed as part of Aztec New Mexico Historic MRA.
The Church Avenue-Lovers Lane Historic District in Aztec, New Mexico was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is a 16 acres (6.5 ha) mainly residential historic district bounded by Rio Grande E., Zia S., Park W. and New Mexico Highway 550. The listing included 38 contributing buildings and a contributing structure.
