Living in Azure, MT: what to set up and who to call

Azure has no town government of its own, so Hill County runs its elections and most services, and its children attend Rocky Boy Elementary School District. Tap water in most of Azure comes from Eagleman Community Water, which has a clean five-year EPA record (about 23% of systems its size had a health-based violation) and a latest lead result below detection.

Azure has no town government. It’s a census-designated place in Hill County, so the county and regional agencies provide most services. This page answers what we can; the same answers appear on Azure’s town page under “Getting set up”.

No health-based violations reported to EPA in the five years to October 2026, like 77% of the 15,074 systems serving 101–500 people.
