Outdoors in Bethlehem

With the weather forecast showing sunny days and temperatures in the 70s starting tomorrow, it seems like a great time to get outside and enjoy the area. Given our town's elevation of about 1,125 ft, I'm guessing the fall season might be especially beautiful here. What's your favorite season to be outdoors in Bethlehem and where do you like to head when it arrives?
