Autumn in Monroe

As we're enjoying the sunny and mild days, with temperatures like today's 71 degrees, I was wondering what you think is the first sign that autumn has really arrived in our town, especially since we're located midway between Eugene and Corvallis and might experience the season a bit differently than other places. What do you look forward to most as the seasons change in Monroe?
