Nowthen History Query

I was just thinking about how Nowthen was established back in 2008 and I started wondering what the oldest building or landmark still standing in our town might be. Given that our city is relatively young, I'm curious to know if there's a story behind any of the older structures that have been around since before Nowthen was officially established. What do you think is the oldest building or landmark in our area and do you know its story?
