Looking for a Local Treat

I was thinking of picking up a small gift for a neighbor and I wanted to support a local business in Daisy. Since we have such a short commute to work, I've been lucky enough to get to know some of the folks around town and I'd love to find something special. What's a good local gift or treat that I could find in our area?
