Couvent is the only inscrit historic monument in Boulaur, the second of France’s two levels of protection. In 2026 it was among the monuments in danger picked by the Mission Patrimoine, which the heritage lottery funds. The list dates its work to 1140 (12th–18th c.). It has been inscrit since 1972.
